The rating options are numbers in drop downs where you set the min to max, which can be different for each question. The appearance of stars would require a code edit or the addition of a plugin.

hi morgan but there is an problem for voting. For example i made a gars for for cinema and add rating option. But when we are opening new thread we must enter vote on ther other hand it shows 1 1 1 1. How can we vote for upcoming not realeased film. I think there is an option tick send vote or dont send etc...

Select the type from Types and look for the tick option under the ratings section.
