Problem... my GARS permissions aren't working.

I've been experiencing this problem for a while... I transfered my database to a new host provider a while back and since doing so my gars install still works, but doesn't seem to follow the permission restrictions I set. Here's an example: I go into type in the GARS CP and edit the Review type to deny users from creating reviews or even voting on them for that matter (just as a test ) and when I login with my test user account that belongs to the (registered users) group I can still perform all of these actions... could the system be holding a cached set of permissions. I've uninstalled and confirmed that the tables were removed in phpMyadmin, but when I re-install the system seems to retain it's settings. Any ideas...

BTW, I just recently updated to v1.01 and it's still behaving the same way.

Yep, it's bizarre...

If I go in and remove all of the GARS files and uninstall it, is there anywhere else that vBulletin would retain the settings from this build when I install it again? Should be back to the defaults shouldn't it?

1.01 should uninstall, but if not... delete the GARS_settings row from the datastore table (NOT THE WHOLE TABLE, JUST THE ROW!)
