Default Different Font Size for Article Heading in Firefox vs. IE

I am having a problem, both in the vBadvanced GARS block, and my GARS articles where the header font and biline font are showing very differently between Firefox and IE. The rest of vBulletin seems to be OK. I'm using a class that I added to the vBulletin CSS to do this. Any ideas why this would be happening?

In vBulletin in the Main CSS block for the template being used. I was able to "fix" it by hard coding the style parameters into the <td> for that cell, but that is obviously not an ideal situation.

Well, hard coding style into a <td> tag isn't really resolved... I have some funky CSS problems happening here... not sure what's going on.
