But in GARS, I have the "Maximum upload size in bytes (i.e. 100000)" set to 10000000 (ten million).

But that is only for the header image. The attachment size is controlled via vB.

It can also be controlled by PHP as well... Most out of the box PHP setups have an 8MB limit... Anything bigger, and you have to make some changes to PHP.

	Laugh Out Loud LOL stands for Laugh Out Loud. Since you can't hear the poster actually laughing (no matter how loud you have your volume). Many net users will tell you 'hey, this made me laugh. Not just internally, but externally.' Though sometimes they are full of it. It really didn't make them laugh at all. They just thought it would make you feel better if they put lol in the post. Making you feel better makes them feel better.
