Thumbs up Email Clients

My current small business site only has an "info@" email address and I would like to start expanding the number of email addresses. I'd also like for all of the address to be able to pull from an address book and be web accessible. Intergration with vbulletin and Constant Contact is a plus.

I have no clue where to start. I am not up-to-date with options and I would like to do some research. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Constant Contact was the perfect solution for email marketing. Vbulletin was the perfect solution for a community website. Now I am looking for the perfect solution for managing email. I am open to using paid or free applications.

Do you mean your own e-mail or a list of e-mail addresses for marketing?

My own email. I already use constant contact for email marketing. I'm looking for something to manage my own email.

I would suggest Kayako E-Support. It's more than a mail manager, but if you are serious about documenting emails, merging conversation histories, allowing multiple operators to respond to discussions etc, it can't be beat.

And the web accessible interface allows folks to contact you from a computer without their own ISP email access.

As a free option, you might want to look at Cerberus Helpdesk.

A single email address licence is free. Multiple emails costs money...
