Default Numerous Errors Trying to Install Release

I bought GARs so I could use this Release thing but I'm starting to think this thing will never work.

I've tried installing and then uninstalling over and over again trying to get this thing to work but all I get are errors.

Some of which include:

Could not find GARS Saved term

Could not find GARS Saved Mod Set

and after when I tried to view the forum I want GARS enabled in I get database errors:

Invalid SQL:
SELECT phrasegroup_GARS_4_phrases gars FROM language WHERE languageid=1;

MySQL Error : Unknown column 'phrasegroup_GARS_4_phrases' in 'field list'
Error Number : 1054

Does anyone have any advice? I'm ripping my hair out trying to get this thing working.

Severely Frustrated

btw my board is running vbulletin 3.5.0
