Install-Module: No Install for Authors themselves

Hi,

i need possibility to deny the Author to install their own Hacks.
Thats very importent in my situation. ATM its possible to "install" the own Hacks.

How can i avoid this?

Ah, and could you make a table round the Infos in the topbar and a border bout the ratings in the postings of the User? Would be much beautifuller.
