Is there a way to have a title show in the ACP, but not on the actual forum pop-up?

Just change the style (i.e. from sponsor to glossary) or make a new one

I'm not sure I follow you. We are using a new style. It still posts the title. What is it that we should be looking for that would remove this in the new style? Any examples?

All you need to do is change the items category, or edit that category to change the replacement code to 'popup no title'. You may have to debug->rebuild for changes to take affect
