Default Creating new Term Sets

So i've been trying to create a new term set for my "manuals" section. I typed in all the information and used the comment.png for my new reply button and newarticle.png for my new thread button. Both of these images, along with all the other images are in the /images/buttons folder of my style i'm using. I then click save and i get a screen that has the information i typed in above filled in but no phrases listed below. It looks like it's not generating the phrases for me. Any ideas on how i can fix this and get my manuals term set to work?

vbulletin 3.6.7 PL1
GARS 2.1.8c

It looks like the term set is working because when i go to my manuals forum it has the word manual/manuals in the position of review/reviews or article/articles. So it looks right, but i don't see any phrases when i look at the settings for the term set.

Hit save again, no change. Yeah, the term set appears to be working in the forum i selected it for, just doesn't show any phrases when i go to edit the phrase type. Very strange.

Mine looks just like your Vat0r. Very strange. It works, just doesn't show the individual phrases. So i'm assuming since you added it to the bug tracker there's no need for me to add it as well?
