Thank you for the email confirmation of the license transfer, however, the license still cannot be downloaded because it is still not in my account. I don't see any licenses in the account. Could you take a second look Morgan? It would be appreciated.

Whats the criteria for transferring a licence? Can they be transfered if inactive?

Yes, inactive can be transferred so long as you let the other party know that it is inactive.
