At this point, you cannot even post a new link, which makes it a broken module altogether. This module is not supported, therefore I am going to purchase vBadvanced's Link Directory if I cannot get this to function again soon.

I am not sure how it happened, but permission settings for the GARS folder were preventing the upload of new thumbnails. I had been concentrating on the IMAGES folder and it's sub-folders. It appears to work again using an account with SNAPCASA.

If somebody has errors like "Error2" or anything with snap.php on line 88 my solution was to change the thumbs provider.
