Stopping the simply article display and always showing the full article
Has anyone successfully done this?
I don't want to show the simple display with the "Click here to read full article" link and want to show the full article automatically on all pages. I'm sure I actually had it set to do this at some point but somewhere along the lines either I have changed a settings and not realised it or something has changed to stop this from happening.

There is an untested idea here but IIRC someone tried it and pagination became incorrect, so additional tweaks may be necessary.
