using vb forumdisplay instead of GARS?
I'd like to use the vb forumdisplay and bypass the GARS, no offense, I love the GARS one but my members suggested they'd like it to look like the rest of the forum.
Is there a quick and easy way to do that? |

In your templates change forumdisplay template from GARS_forumdisplay to FORUMDISPLAY

I did that but it didn't work, some of the colums got messed up.
This is what it looks like - this is a sub-forum: http://www.motocampers.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=26 |

Okay, got it working .. I had to use the threadbit, not the GARS_threadbit. Works just the way I want it now.. thanks.

Just as an addition to the solution, you MAY need to use FORUMDISPLAY and threadbit as the GARS_forumdisplay is designed to house less columns.
Also, you can simply leave the template name blank and GARS will use the vB default. |
