If description blank, don't show it

Some of my boxes only have a title, no description. In these cases, there is a very thin yellow box shown on the mouse over (The 2 padding I guess) - this looks a little odd, so it would be cool if a check was done on the description field, and if blank, not write it out at all...

(Thus just giving me the grey title bar)

I know I could do another style for things with no description, but that just starts to get very messy!

so you want to only have a grey popup with the title in it?

For ones with no description yes, though if I put the description in, obviously it should show underneath.
