Flash Banners not working!

Im not sure if this has anything to do with the other thread about animated banners not working. None of my advertisers flash banners are working now. I tried removing all banner ads from my site and re-adding them. In the admin it shows them but I get a Red X in the site header where its suppose to display.

Update: also the link on the banner opens a page with about:blank

You sure the banner type setting is correct and that the path isthe full URL?

Yea I double checked and triple checked.. Banner type Flash, and I reuploaded banner

does the banner show in your admincp? Was this an upgrade? Are your templates reverted to the latest versions? Can you provide a url for an example?
