Integration with GAL?

Can GeekMart sell something from a GAL link?

For example, someone mouses over a GAL keyword....the yellow box pops open with a sales pitch then we "strike will the iron is hot". In other words, the link drops that item right into the GeekMart shopping basket.

Is this feasible?
